- Program Highlights - SUNO’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in the energy sector.
- Overview of the Program Introduction: The SUNO REM Program is an 18-hour-course curriculum available to all enrolled SUNO students at the 300 level, regardless of their major. The program provides a comprehensive education in renewable energy technologies, energy management, sustainability, and environmental policy. As part of the program, students will complete an internship (paid or unpaid) during their final courses, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Students also benefit from field trips and guest speakers who share real-world insights. With a strong focus on sustainability, the program is designed to shape the future of energy innovation. Additionally, a stipend is provided upon the completion of each course.
- Objective: To equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for careers in the renewable energy industry
