Human Resources | Comprehensive Public Training Program

The Comprehensive Public Training Program (CPTP) is a state-funded training program available to all state employees. Through the CPTP, Southern University of New Orleans (SUNO) is able to offer to you a comprehensive collection of training programs to help you develop your skills.

Throughout the year, you will be encouraged to take specific courses that are designed to increase your awareness and move the university closer to its goal of organizational excellence. In order to take part in these trainings, your H-Number will be required.

OBTAINING YOUR ID NUMBER (H-NUMBER)

All new hires will be provided with instructions on how to obtain their H-Number during New Hire Orientation. However, should you have questions or concerns related to accessing the CPTP courses, please contact the Office of Human Resources at:
