PLAN CHANGES & QUALIFYING LIFE EVENTS

Plan changes are only allowable at two distinct times: (1) annual Open Enrollment or (2) you experience a qualifying life event (QLE). If you are experiencing a QLE, you have thirty (30) days from the date of the event to make changes. Evidence of the event will be required. In addition, after 30 days, you will need to wait until Open Enrollment to make any changes.
