Q: I submitted a request, but I haven't heard anything. What should I do?
A: SUNOPD will not contact you to verify approval. Please check the list of approved visitors; this list can be found here.
Q: I submitted a request more than 72 hours ago and I have checked the approved visitors and my name is not present. I have not received a call from SUNO Police stating my request was denied. What should I do?
A: Please contact SUNOPD by clicking here. This is the official means to contact us regarding visitation.
Q: I have a visitor who I no longer wish to visit me. What should I do?
