Vice Chancellor for Research/Strategic Initiatives and Title III Executive Director

Project Administration is the managing component for the Title III Programs and includes an Executive Director, who reports directly to the Chancellor and bears the overall administrative responsibility for all Title III funded Programs (HBCU-B and SAFRA). Project Administration functions as the central clearinghouse for all matters related to the Title III Programs (allowable costs and activities, budgetary matters, programmatic issues, directions, approvals, policies, and procedures, etc.). Hence, the Executive Director for Title III Programs is the liaison between the funding agency (U.S. Department of Education) and the University, as well as the liaison between the University and each individual Activity of the Title III Programs.
