Enhancing the Administrative Management and Campus-Wide Technology Infrastructure
Because continuous improvements in administrative management and campus-wide technology infrastructure is critical to the educational, instructional and administrative success of students, faculty, and staff due to an ever-changing educational environment, as well as due to the reductions in the State of Louisiana financial support to the university over the last several years, this Activity was created.
The major focus of this Activity is to provide an improved technological, enhanced, working, teaching and learning environment for students, faculty, and staff in support of high-level academic and management success by facilitating ongoing upgrades in the technology infrastructure and systems on campus.
Title III funds, through the support of this Activity, ensure that the required ongoing upgrades in campus safety, building improvements, fiscal/budgetary controls, improvements in external funding processes, and state-of-the-art technology infrastructures and systems for effective and efficient quality of services to students and the university community are addressed and enhanced.
