How to Apply

 Applying to the Evening & Weekend BSN Pathway at Southern University at New Orleans is simple. Follow the steps below to complete your application.

1. Apply through NursingCAS
   Visit the NursingCAS website and create an application account. You can access NursingCAS by clicking the “Apply Now” button on the School of Nursing’s website.
2. Choose the Evening & Weekend BSN Pathway
   Be sure to select the Evening & Weekend BSN Pathway when completing your application.
3. Upload Unofficial Transcripts
   Upload unofficial transcripts from all colleges or universities you have attended.
4. Upload Required Documents
   Submit all required documents in the NursingCAS system. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
5. International Applicants
   International applicants must submit an official transcript evaluation from an approved evaluation service, as required by NursingCAS and the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
6. Meet Application Deadlines
   All application materials must be submitted by the posted deadline. It is recommended to submit documents several weeks early to avoid delays.

Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed by the School of Nursing Admissions Committee.
