Southern University at New Orleans students may participate in ROTC through a joint agreement with Tulane University.  Students register for classes through SUNO's Banner and attend those courses at Tulane.  Through these programs, students can earn an appointment as a commissioned officer while working for a degree at SUNO.  For more information, please contact the appropriate ROTC Program office at Tulane.
