Dr. Rickeia Selmon is a 2013 graduate of Southern University of New Orleans, where she majored in Biology and gained an abundance of research experience. Her time at SUNO allowed her to grow personally and professionally, as she was involved in several organizations such as Beta Kappa Chi National Honor Society, Beta Beta Beta Biological Honor Society, and the First Fifty Knights. Upon graduating from SUNO, she taught Biology at St. Katharine Drexel Preparatory School while concurrently obtaining a Master's in Public Health. On May 27, 2023, she will receive her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Xavier University of Louisiana College of Pharmacy. She plans to complete a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at the Mississippi State Department of Health.
