Improving Student and Campus-Wide Access and Technology Effectiveness and Upgrading the Banner Application (ITC)

The purpose of the ITC Title III Activity is to improve the University’s Technology and Banner application, improve Student & Campus-Wide Access & Technology Effectiveness, and upgrade the Banner Application.  This Title III Activity is a very important and valuable program in that it supports the administrative management of the University, which includes programming, network administration and technology advancement.

This Activity is divided into four units, which include Applications, Telecommunications, Networking, and User Support. The Applications Unit is responsible for supporting all applications including Banner. The Telecommunications Unit is responsible for maintaining all telecommunications and collaboration tools, such as the telephone system and fax services. The Networking Unit is responsible for providing voice, data and internet services, and the User Support Unit is responsible for maintaining the “user experience” (desktops, laptops, etc.).
