Student Non-Academic and Academic Grievance(s)

 

If a student is not satisfied with the service he or she has received from a Department of eLearning staff member or an online instructor, he or she must follow the proper chain of "command" to file a complaint with the Executive Online Director of eLearning.
If you would like to notify the Director of eLearning about a non-academic and/or academic grievance or complaint regarding online programs or the Department of eLearning, you may do so by clicking on the link(s) below and completing and submitting a non-academic and/or academic grievance form. After speaking with the Executive Online Director of the Department of eLearning, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, you may request to speak with the Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs.
If you are unable to complete or submit, the grievance form(s), please send an email with your name, U#, phone number, and an indication of the problem to Mperry@suno.edu.
