SCS CPTP Collaboration

Description

Whether it is your first day on the job or you are an experienced professional, your success depends on your ability to work on a team and to collaborate. Collaboration is more than just small groups working on a single project; your entire agency collaborates to achieve its mission, and you have a role to fill. While you may work on a relatively small team, that team works for a specific division, which works within an agency, which is a part of state government, which serves the people of Louisiana. This course will focus on practical strategies you can use to promote collaboration on your team.

After taking this course, you will be able to:

  • Define collaboration
  • Apply strategies to develop your collaboration skills
  • Commit to adopting one strategy to further develop your collaboration skills
