Help Desk

The Help Desk allows faculty, staff and students to request services from all the various technology components on campus. 

To request service, send a detailed e-mail describing the requested service to or call 504.286.5237. Whether entered via e-mail or telephone, the requester will receive an e-mail with a service request number. This number allows the requester to track the progress of the request.

As the request is processed, the requester will receive e-mails until it is completed. After completion, the requester will receive a survey to rate the service performance.
